Guidelines and DRC

There is a design overlay with Guidelines and restrictions which apply to all construction and landscapes at Waterways. Owners are required by both the Owners Corporation and City of Kingston to meet these Guidelines when planning and constucting buildings or landscapes.

The Design Guidelines which apply vary sligtly from stage to stage and the most definitive guide is to review the purchase contracts and title search information related to purchase of your property. The consolidated Guidelines prepared in 2006 are a clear description of what is expected, and were updated in October 2009.

Any new building, alterations or amendments will now be subjected to the current Design Guidelines lodged on 9/10/2009.
